1. By making a reservationyou confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that you have read, understood and accepted these booking conditions. Without this confirmation, the reservation is not valid.​

2. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Replacement is not possible.

3. Changes to the reservation  are only possible after prior agreement. We do not refund money for the purchased stay, but you can choose from two options: a) choosing another available date for booking, or b) issuing a gift voucher valid for 1 year. You can change the reservation dateno later than 14 days beforedate of arrival. 

4. In case programming errors in the online reservation system, when the published price for services is unreasonably low/high considering the content of the services, we will notify you within 1 day of confirming the reservation and request payment of the full price.

5. By booking, you agree that your data will be used to complete the booking process in accordance with the general regulations for the protection of personal data GDPR.

6. If we are officially open, they do not exist no exceptions for the quarantine period.

7. Check-in is from 15:00 or later. Check out is until 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is only possible if there is no further arrival of guests on the same day. One-time fee for Late check-out is 30 Euros. Early check-in is only possible after prior arrangement and checking availability.

8. In order to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, entry to the object for overnight stays is allowed only to pre-registered guests.

9. Pets are not allowed.

10. This is a peaceful place to enjoy nature. Outside noise should be minimal between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Thank you for being considerate of the neighbors in Chalets Donovaly as well as in the adjacent chalets.

11. It's sad that we can't control the noise in the area, especially on summer weekends. The off-season of spring and autumn is the best time to enjoy the silence.

12. In the apartment there is strict no smoking. You can enjoy a cigarette on the terrace or in front of the house.

13. Commercial photography and filming only by agreement in advance.

14. Gift voucher report in advance when booking so that we do not urge you to pay. The gift voucher is valid for 1 year.

15. It is important to follow due date of advance payment otherwise, the booked date will be released for other interested parties.

16. You are fully responsible for any damages, which arise during your stay on our property. Damages will be charged to you for compensation. Report damage and/or maintenance issues immediately. Due to such cases, it is essential to fill in your credit card details on the check-in document upon arrival. This data will only be used with your knowledge for compensation for damaged items in the apartment.

17. We ask you to be on your way out they left the apartment in as close to the state as we prepared it for you.

18. Any illegal or inappropriate activity, or behavior towards other guests, owners and accommodation facilities is grounds for immediate termination of this agreement. The guest may be asked to leave the property immediately. Replacement is not possible.

19. When leaving the apartment, always check that balcony door closed a apartment, including ski storage, locked. 21. In the apartment there is strict prohibition of handling open fire.

22. Appliances  can only be used according to the attached instructions. Damage to appliances, as part of unauthorized use or interference with them, will be charged to the damage compensation.

23. Anything from inventory or equipment of the apartment, it is forbidden to take it outside the apartment.

25. S property and equipment of the apartment load to the best of your knowledge and conscience so that guests who come after you or you can fully enjoy it on your next visit.
